Returns & Cancellations
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for sales on or after 13th June 2014, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time but no later than 28 days after you receive the goods. Bespoke products (those products made or modified specifically for you) are not covered by these regulations.
If the goods you have purchased have not been despatched, we will refund any payments within 5 days from receipt of the refund request.
Where the goods have been despatched to you or you have already taken delivery and you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with instructions for returning the goods.
Once you have accepted delivery and signed for the goods, they remain your responsibility until we have receive and sign for them back at our premises.
Any stock items returned by agreement with Peak Oak will be subjected to a re-stocking charge of 20%.
We will check for any damage to the goods and reserve the right to charge for any damage that has occurred in transit back to our premises.
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us and we suggest that you insure yourself adequately for any damages or loss.
Any returns that qualified for Free Delivery are subject to a £9.00 + VAT delivery return fee that will be taken from the refunded amount.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Although we take extreme care to ensure that goods in your order are in perfect condition, damage can occur in transit.
When you receive your goods, you must check them thoroughly before signing for receipt with the courier.
Any damage must be documented with the courier or delivery driver.
We will refund or replace any goods that are defective or damaged and documented by the courier or delivery driver.
