The Liberon Hard Wax Oil is a blend of premium quality tung oil and carnauba wax – designed to give superior protection to interior wooden flooring and furniture.
Providing a natural look, the Hard Wax Oil forms a highly durable barrier on soft and hardwoods against the likes of water, stains, heat, dirt and wear and tear. Especially suited to humid environments (such as kitchens and bathrooms), the Liberon Hard Wax Oil can used throughout the home.
With a long-lasting, smooth and low-odour finish, the oil can be applied to bare wood or previously oiled wood and is also safe for use on toys.

Application
The wood should be bare, clean and dry. Any old varnish, paint or wax should be removed with stripper or sand the surface back to bare wood. All dust should be cleaned and removed.
Currently oiled wood can be sanded lightly with 240 grit paper (remove all dust).
Bare wood should be cleaned and sanded lightly with 240 grit paper – again removing all dust.
Stir the contents of the tin well before use.
The first coat should be applied thinly with a brush or roller and left to dry for 8 hours.
Sand with 240 grit paper and remove all dust.
The second coat should be applied in the same way as the first and left to dry for 24 hours.
Do not allow any textile fibres to come into contact whilst the product is drying.
Maintenance
The treated surface can be washed with mild detergents.
