For those who are looking to install Solid Oak flooring into their homes, but are worried about losing a lot of room height, our range of 14mm Solid Oak flooring proves to be the perfect answer. One of the most common requirements these days is to replace carpet which has been laid over a plywood sub-floor with oak flooring, so the only answer is to provide something thinner, yet equally as stable. At 14mm, the boards are thick enough to provide stable support yet thin enough not to take up to much room height.

Currently the three different styles we have available are Legere, Grange and Tigre. Our Legere range (pictured above) is made from the same quality oak as our Character Grade flooring, with the Grange option being made in the same style as our Barn Grade oak. The Tigre option is a deeply striped brown oak character grade board which really has its own unique and dramatic look.
