Select grade engineered oak flooring has less and smaller knots and shakes than character grade, but is not as blemish free as prime grade.

Select grade looks great in modern homes where it can provide the perfect backdrop to contemporary furniture and yet the small pin knots offer some welcome character.

Of course, being engineered oak flooring, you can fit over underfloor heating or in spaces with higher humidity.

Supplied unfinished, you can stain or dye the boards before waxing or oiling or alternatively leave them natural.
