Liberon Spirit Wood Dye

Summary

Liberon Spirit Wood Dye is solvent-based and especially recommended for use with woods such as oak and mahogany because it penetrates deeply into the closely knit pores of hard wood.

It can be mixed together to obtain intermediate shades and may be further adjusted by adding Liberon Concentrated Spirit Dyes.

How to apply

Ensure the surface is free from existing finishes, wax, oil or grease.

Sand thoroughly to a smooth finish and remove the dust.

Shake the can well before use.

Apply liberally with a brush or clean cotton cloth, working with the grain and allowing it to soak into the wood for 1-2 minutes before wiping the surface with a clean lint-free cloth.

Allow to dry for a minimum of 6 hours before applying a finish.
